We Discuss Theology and subsequently, brainwashing
THE VOICE OF REASON: PART II
there could be a god
what should we do today?
if there is, should i believe?
we could go to the park
sometimes i do
how about we go get ice cream?
but how can i be sure?
let's go swimming, then
what if i'm just allowing myself to be brainwashed?
why don't you like any of my suggestions?
but then if i do believe....
we could go to the library!
....(even if i am being brainwashed) i'll still live my life well, at least
c'mon, the library sounds good
and i like the way Jesus lived
i really need some books!
and so, by becoming a Christian, i could live like him
i finished my last on saturday
and maybe i shouldn't care if there is a heaven if i lived a good life
are you ready? go tell the voice of reason where we're going
and Jesus can help me. i can feel that sometimes.
oh, that's right. she's on vacation
but then i forget
when is she coming back?
hey! are you listening to me?
that's nice, dear.

lol, i love these little conversations...
you know, you don't have to be a christian to follow the teaching of jesus... i mean, a lot of christians don't follow the teaching of jesus... george w bush for example... what about the teaching of peace with all beings and forgiveness. i'm afraid bush is not very good at being peaceful or forgiving people...

Where is the voice of reason??????? I'm lost without her!!!!!
jesus sounds like a really great guy, even if you aren't a christain it would really help our society if everyone tryed to follow him, in at least his veiws on humanity....
yeah, I know. But he isn't the only great leader society would benifit from following for sure!!!

lol! my mom made up these stories for us when we were little, well, my dad had the 'wally gator' series, and my mom had the 'sparky' series. lol...anyway, it was about a little black dog with a button nose and curly hair, and I don't really remember that many of them. My dad's I can remember better. They always centered on wally gator eating to many malt balls and tossing his cookies....lol.
