school is okay, calorie intake is up, and christmas is just around the corner. Started working at the after school program again so I could earn some money. Niki walks up to me: "OMG, hi mia!" "hi Niki" "How are you?" "good." "you like school?" "yep" "your mom let you double pierce your ears?" "I know, I was surprised to!" "You know, I hate how preppy you've become."
well, you know what they say: good ol'(my town) home of the jocks and the preps!
in english, we get a polish penpal! they write to us in their english class, we write to them in our english class! YAY! I hope I get a really cute guy or a goth.

yeah...I fear that so many people today are unknowingly turning into preps...sigh, where did all the weirdos go???
and Mia, I have forseen the future! Your penpal is the really hot guy whose name is Lech Welansky who has this fetish for beatiful red-heads. He actually ends up journeying all the way to America just to have a short visit with you. Isn't he sweet???

I personally don't think you're a prep... but i'm not much good at figuring out what people are... so far as i know i'm a hippy...

besides preppy is just a label. who cares?
I find it interesting how a lot of people I know condemn labels and then take online personality tests, and compare themselves to celebrities, figure out which harry potter house thing they're in (you know, gryffindor, ravenclaw, etc.) all of that.
it's sort of ironic that they don't like other people labelling them, but they label themselves constantly.. maybe what they dislike isn't generalization, it's the idea of being generalized in a way that they do not feel fits their personality.
so basically they just think they know themselves better than other people know them. and I really think that's untrue. I think there's at least two people that i sometimes think I know better than they know themselves, and there are also a number of people who understand me more than I understand myself.
so that generalization is not necessarily correct.
labels aren't really good or particularly bad, they are irrelevant.
so i can conclusively say that there is no conclusion!
also- if you want the goth, I hope you get him!
